Monthly Spotlight Members
At each monthly meeting, a member’s business card from those present is randomly drawn and chosen as that month’s Spotlight Member of the Month. At the next monthly meeting, that Spotlight Member may make a short presentation highlighting the products and services of their business or organization.
At the end of the year, a Spotlight Member of the Year is chosen at random from the previous 12 monthly winners. The Spotlight Member of the Year’s business or organization is featured on the back cover of the next year’s GLVCC Business Directory.
Also near the end of the year, nominations are taken for a Member of the Year. The criteria for this award would be any chamber member in good standing which has demonstrated excellence in the conduct of business and making a positive impact to the Greater La Vernia community. The selected Member of the Year’s business or organization is featured on the front cover of the next year’s GLVCC Business Directory.
